Highlighters are probably the fastest growing product in the beauty industry right now. Everyone wants to get that Victoria's Secret model glow and achieve dewy, luminous skin. Saying this, cream highlighters have never really appealed to me. I've used many in the past which end up drying and flaking on my skin, but then I found a Nars Illuminator.
